📌 Purpose & Quick Summary

The Reseller Profile (index.php?page=profile) governs your personal account security and communication infrastructure. Beyond updating contact emails and rotating access passwords, it includes two critical enterprise features: Custom Outbound SMTP Smarthost Configuration (enabling all system emails sent to your clients to route through your own branded mail server) and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for ironclad administrative security.

  • Solution: Switch to Port 465 with SSL/TLS encryption enabled, and ensure SMTP credentials are valid.
