1. Acceptance of Neural Link

By accessing the BoostonCP Matrix and deploying our neural core, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these protocols, you are prohibited from using the infrastructure.

2. License Grant & Usage

BoostonCP grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the panel according to your acquired tier. Each license is Hardware Locked and bound to a specific IP node.

You may not reverse-engineer the core logic.
You may not distribute unauthorized copies of the binary.
One license is valid for one physical or virtual server node only.

3. Forbidden Operations

The BoostonCP infrastructure must not be used for:

Hosting of illegal content (Child abuse, Terrorism, etc.).
Deployment of malware or botnet command nodes.
Phishing or deceptive digital operations.

Violation of these protocols will result in an immediate PERMANENT PURGE of your access keys without refund.

4. Billing & Neural Credits

All acquisitions are final. Neural credits (Wallet Balance) are non-refundable but can be used for any service within the BoostonCP matrix. Subscriptions are billed automatically 14 days prior to expiry.

5. Google Drive Integration (External Vaults)

Users who enable automated backups to Google Drive within the BoostonCP environment agree to the following protocols:

Data Freedom: BoostonCP provides the bridge to your private storage. We do not claim ownership of any data uploaded to your Google Drive.
Third-Party Compliance: By connecting your account, you agree to abide by Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
Service Continuity: While we ensure military-grade transmission, BoostonCP is not liable for data loss due to Google’s storage limits, service interruptions, or account suspensions on the Google platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

BoostonCP is provided "AS IS". While our Sentinel defense is military-grade, we are not liable for any data loss, service interruption, or collateral damage resulting from node misconfiguration or external cyber-attacks.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the digital laws of the jurisdiction where BoostonCP operates. Any conflicts shall be resolved via the central arbitration node.

8. Automated SSL Provisioning (Let's Encrypt Bridge)

BoostonCP provides automated SSL provisioning via Let's Encrypt. By deploying SSL certificates, you agree to Let's Encrypt's Subscriber Agreement. BoostonCP is not responsible for rate-limiting, certificate revocation, or failures caused by external DNS configurations or rate limits imposed by Let's Encrypt.

9. Reseller Nodes & Client Sovereignty

Resellers operating under the BoostonCP matrix are fully responsible for the provisioning, maintenance, data integrity, and suspension of sub-accounts created under their nodes. BoostonCP does not hold direct liability, support obligations, or data recovery responsibilities for client accounts managed by third-party resellers.
