1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, installing, or deploying the BoostonCP control panel and licensing infrastructure, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these protocols, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

BoostonCP grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the panel software. Each license is hardware-locked and bound to a specific IP address node.

You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the core binary logic.
You may not distribute, sell, or lease unauthorized copies of the binary or licensing system.
One active license is valid for only one physical or virtual server node at any given time.

3. Prohibited Use Policy

The BoostonCP platform must not be used for executing, hosting, or distributing:

Illegal materials or content prohibited by international laws.
Malicious software, exploit payloads, or botnet command-and-control servers.
Phishing scams, deceptive portals, or spam campaigns.

Any violation of this policy will result in an immediate TERMINATION of your licensing keys and account access without refund.

4. Billing, Subscriptions & Refunds

All software acquisitions, license activations, and account fund deposits are final and non-refundable. Wallet balances and credits may only be used to purchase services within the BoostonCP billing platform. Recurring subscriptions are automatically invoiced 14 days prior to their expiration date.

5. Google Drive Integration (Remote Backups)

Users who enable automated backups to their private Google Drive storage within the BoostonCP panel agree to the following terms:

Data Ownership: BoostonCP functions purely as a transmission gateway. We do not claim ownership, access, or custody of any data stored on your Google Drive.
Compliance: You agree to abide by Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policies when using this integration.
Liability: BoostonCP is not liable for data loss arising from Google's service downtime, API changes, storage limit constraints, or account actions taken by Google.

6. Limitation of Liability

The BoostonCP software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we implement security hardening, BoostonCP shall not be held liable for any data loss, service interruptions, database corruption, or financial damages resulting from server misconfigurations, software exploits, or external cyber-attacks.

7. Governing Law & Arbitration

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BoostonCP's parent company is registered. Any legal disputes or claims shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with standard legal procedures.

8. Automated SSL Provisioning (Let's Encrypt Bridge)

BoostonCP provides automated SSL provisioning via Let's Encrypt. By deploying SSL certificates, you agree to Let's Encrypt's Subscriber Agreement. BoostonCP is not responsible for rate-limiting, certificate revocation, or failures caused by external DNS configurations or rate limits imposed by Let's Encrypt.

9. Reseller Obligations & Client Support

Resellers operating under the BoostonCP matrix are fully responsible for the provisioning, maintenance, data integrity, and support of client accounts created under their reseller licenses. BoostonCP does not provide direct support, backup restoration services, or liability coverage for end-users managed by third-party resellers.
