Complete white-labeling allows you to market hosting services entirely under your own agency brand. The Settings page (index.php?page=settings) gives you full visual branding governance: you can upload custom Dark Mode and Light Mode company logos, configure your support help desk URL, set your brand name, and choose between shared server nameservers or your custom private nameservers.

  1. Appearance & Branding Configuration Box:
    • Brand Company Name: Name displayed in panel headers and client email notices.
    • Dark Mode Logo Upload: Logo optimized for dark cyberpunk themes (SVG, PNG, WebP).
    • Light Mode Logo Upload: Logo optimized for clean white daylight themes.
    • Support Desk Link: URL for the Help Desk button in your clients' control panel.
  2. Nameserver Mode Selection Cards:
    • Shared System Nameservers: Uses the cluster's default nameservers (ns1/ns2.boostonserver.com).
    • Private Custom Nameservers: Uses your branded nameservers (ns1/ns2.yourbrand.com).

🛠️ Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Uploading Your Custom Agency Logos

  1. In the sidebar, click Settings (icon: fa-cog).
  2. In the Dark Theme Logo section, click Upload Logo and select your transparent PNG or SVG logo.
  3. In the Light Theme Logo section, upload your dark-text logo.
  4. The system updates the logos in real-time with visual preview cards.

Step 2: Setting Company Identity & Help Desk

  1. Enter your Brand Name (e.g. NovaCloud Hosting).
  2. In Support Desk URL, enter your support ticketing system URL (e.g. https://novacloud.com/support).
  3. Click Save Branding Settings.
  4. When your customers log into their User Panel on Port 2083, your custom logos and support links appear automatically.
