My developer got locked out of the server due to failed FTP password attempts. How do I whitelist his IP in the panel interface?

Navigate to **Security -> Firewall** in the sidebar (under Security Group) -> enter the developer's IP address inside the **IP Whitelist** input box -> click **Add to Whitelist**. This will invoke CSF/UFW reload automatically.
