Synchronizing cgroups resource limits on active domain users

I changed CPU limit settings for a user in the panel, but they are still using 100% CPU. How do I force sync the limits?

Run `sudo /usr/bin/booston-core force_sync_all_limits`. This script regenerates CGroups configurations for all active domain users and binds them to their system resource slices.
