Restricting reseller child user limits inside Packages configuration

Go to the **Packages** page on the sidebar -> click **Edit Package** -> find the **Max User Accounts** field and change it to 5 -> click **Save Package**. This restricts the reseller from exceeding the limits when adding users in the Resellers tab.
