I want to restore a backup stored on a remote FTP server. How do I stream and extract it?

Run `sudo /usr/bin/php /var/www/php-panel/scripts/download_remote_for_restore.php [backup_id]`. It downloads the archive, verifies checksums, and calls the internal extraction command `booston-core restore_backup` to extract the vhost files and DB.
