Rebuilding Apache vhost configurations corrupted

I am using Apache back-end, but some vhost configurations got corrupted. How do I rebuild them?

Run `sudo /usr/bin/booston-core reconfigure_domains`. This reads panel configurations, regenerates vhost files using Apache templates, and restarts Apache.
