How do we adjust the hourly outbound mail limits? One client account is sending newsletters and reaching the server limits.

You can configure mail policies in `/var/www/php-panel/scripts/booston_mail_policy.php`. BCP parses user limits dynamically. Look at the database config limits or edit the policy defaults in `/var/www/php-panel/config/mail_settings.json`.
