Whenever I run a panel system update, the package manager gets stuck on PPA mirror connections, causing the update to timeout. How do I clear the locks?

This is usually caused by corrupted PPA repositories or apt lock files. Run `sudo /usr/bin/booston-core fix_ppa_mirrors` to clear locks, refresh keys, and automatically select the fastest working Ubuntu mirrors.
