When adding new domains, DNS records are not updating. BIND logs show `rndc: connection failed: connection refused`.

This means BIND is not responding to dynamic zone updates. Run `sudo /usr/bin/booston-core fix_permissions` to correct group ownership on `/etc/bind/` and restart named using `systemctl restart named`.
