How do I create a new database and map a dedicated user to it with full privileges?

Go to the **Databases** group in the sidebar -> click **MySQL Databases** -> click the **Create Database** button at the top -> fill in the database name -> select **Create User** option, enter the database username and password, and click **Save**.
