Cloudflare and BCP Under Attack Mode Conflict

I enabled Cloudflare proxy for my site and enabled Under Attack Mode, but visitors are getting stuck in an infinite redirection loop. Nginx logs show 301 redirects to HTTPS.

Flexible SSL makes Cloudflare connect to Nginx over HTTP, which messes up the proto checks inside the challenge redirect rules. Switch your Cloudflare SSL setting to Full (Strict). The redirect loop will disappear immediately.
