BIND DNS dynamic updates fail: write_zone_file command syntax error

When adding a new domain, BIND throws a zone transfer error: `rndc: connection failed`. The DNS records are not resolving globally.

Check `/var/log/named/security.log`. If BIND doesn't have write access to `/etc/bind/zones/`, it fails. Make sure to run `sudo /usr/bin/booston-core fix_permissions` on your server.
