Automated backups failing: backup_worker.php locked status

My daily backups are failing. The task manager log shows 'Backup task is already running (Lock active).' but there are no backup processes active in the system process table.

If a backup process gets terminated unexpectedly (e.g. server reboot or memory limit), the lock file `/tmp/.backup_lock` remains. You can manually delete the lock file, and the backup scheduler will run normally on the next cron cycle.
