Eliminate Server Downtime Forever

Even if your primary data center goes offline or your server gets fize-blocked/damaged, your client data remains safe. BoostonCP's intelligent recovery engine automatically analyzes your Google Drive backup chain and rebuilds the hosting environment sequentially.

  • Auto-creation of reseller accounts and custom packages
  • Re-creation of client accounts with native cgroups resource limits
  • Automated DB user mapping and privilege assignments

SURVIVAL PROTOCOL

Disaster Recovery Protocol

1. Continuous Backups

Modified files and database states are automatically saved to Google Drive or FTP targets daily.

2. Hardware Crash

If your old server burns or gets blocked, zero access to the old hardware environment is required.

3. Dynamic Link

Spin up a clean new OS (Ubuntu), install BoostonCP, and link your remote backup source.

4. 1-Click Restore

Execute the restore in one click. The engine rebuilds and returns the entire server to its original state.

Live Recovery Simulator

Experience the speed and efficiency of the BoostonCP Disaster Recovery Engine. Run our interactive simulator to see how a blank system restores user accounts, website configurations, database schemas, and privileges from Google Drive.

Auto-Provisioning Checkpoint

This simulation runs a mock restore of the user suma (which you can also test in our Live Sandbox Demo), reconstructing the 3.moviesbaba.vip website files, SSL certificates, and mapping database privileges.

WHY WE ARE THE UNMATCHED LEADERS

Incremental Backup Revolution & Peace of Mind

Core Engine

What is Incremental Backup & How Does It Work in BoostonCP?

Hosting server backups should not mean uploading gigabytes of duplicate data repeatedly. Traditional full backup systems (which we contrast in our Capability Matrix) create a new archive of the entire server daily, consuming massive bandwidth, wasting disk space, and slowing down the host. BoostonCP optimizes this dynamically.

Baseline & Incremental Slices

BoostonCP creates a full Base Full Backup initially. On subsequent days, it only tracks new or modified files, packaging them into tiny Incremental Slices. This ensures backup runs are lightweight and complete in seconds.

Smart Tracking & Database Backups

Our backup engine inspects metadata changes to identify modified file roots accurately. Along with files, database dumps (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) are compressed separately and pushed offsite to your destination.

Self-Healing Security

Why Can You Sleep Peacefully After Enabling BoostonCP Incremental Backup?

The biggest fear for hosting administrators is a broken restore chain. If the base backup gets deleted from Google Drive, all subsequent incremental slices become useless. BoostonCP eliminates this risk entirely.

Automated Self-Healing Chains

Before executing any incremental run, BoostonCP queries the destination (Google Drive or FTP) to verify the base backup is intact. If it is missing, the engine automatically forces a FULL backup run to heal the chain.

Async Disk Leak Protection

Never worry about disk leaks on aborted restores or backups. The engine atomically renames staging directories and deletes them asynchronously in the background, keeping your primary disk clean.

0% Data Loss Risk

You no longer have to check emails or logs daily to monitor backup health. The panel guards its backup chains itself, guaranteeing a 100% recovery path from server disasters.

Engine Architecture

How Does the 1-Click Restoration Pipeline Work?

If your old server burns down, you do not need a single file from it (see our cPanel Migration Guide for general migration setups). Just install BoostonCP on a clean new OS, link Google Drive, and the engine executes a 6-stage recovery pipeline:

1

Recovery Chain Resolution & Sync

Downloads the base segment and all incremental slices sequentially, resolving dependencies. During extraction, the engine prints real-time file counts (even for 600K+ files) to prevent UI hangups and freezes.

2

Reseller & Package Auto-Provisioning

Re-creates resellers, custom packages, configurations, and API settings before restoring user data.

3

OS Accounts & Cgroup Resource Hardening

Re-registers Linux users with their original passwords and configures CPU, RAM, and IO limits in the cgroups resource limits system.

4

Virtual Hosts & SSL Restoration

Rebuilds Nginx, Apache, or LiteSpeed configurations and restores SSL keys/chains for immediate HTTPS availability.

5

Mail System & DKIM Keys Sync

Restores mailboxes, folders, aliases, and generates original OpenDKIM keys to maintain 100% email deliverability.

6

Database Privileges & Permissions Sync (No root Fallback)

Pre-calculates and audits database dump sizes before import. Then restores MySQL/Postgres/Mongo databases and maps original user permissions back to the database engine, preventing connection errors and domain 403 Forbidden falls.

Disaster Recovery Comparison Matrix

BoostonCP vs Other Control Panels

Feature Protocol cPanel / Plesk DirectAdmin aaPanel / CyberPanel BoostonCP
1-Click Complete Server Bulk Restore (Manual account-by-account / complex command-line setups) (Requires pre-creating users and manual config rewrites) (Impossible) (1-Click Entire Server Rebuild)
Self-Healing Backup Chain Check (Not Available) (Not Available) (Not Available) (Automated Chain Repair)
Reseller & Package Sync (Requires manual recreation of packages first) (Reseller package links often break during raw imports) (Not supported at all) (Auto-rebuilds and maps packages)
DB Users & Privileges Auto-mapping (Has database permission drops) (Requires running CLI rebuild scripts manually) (Falls back to root or password errors) (100% Perfect Mapping)
Mail Server & DKIM Keys Restoration (Heavy setup / transport errors) (Requires manual EXIM rewrite) (DKIM does not sync) (1-Click Re-generate & Sync)
Background Cleanups & Leak Prevention (Leaves orphan staging files on abort) (Leaves orphan staging files on abort) (Leaves orphan staging files on abort) (Yes - Atomic Rename & Async Cleanup)
Live File Count Progress Monitor (No - shows static loading spinner) (No - CLI logs or static spinner) (No - freezes UI during large extracts) (Yes - Real-Time Extraction File Count)
Licensing Cost & Resource Overhead Extremely expensive & heavy RAM usage Commercial license required & complex setup Free but backup is weak and insecure Free with license & lightweight (~280MB RAM)

GOT QUESTIONS?

Disaster Recovery FAQ

1. If my old server crashes suddenly, do I need to download backup files manually?
No, absolutely not. You do not need to download files manually. Simply connect your Google Drive credentials or FTP destination on your fresh server. The restoration engine will read, verify, and download all segments automatically.
2. Is there any chance of encountering website or database errors after restoration?
Usually, restoring backups on other panels leaves file ownerships broken or drops database permissions, causing Nginx 403 Forbidden or database connection errors. BoostonCP solves this by instantly re-mapping user permissions (750/640) and database grant privileges, ensuring sites load smoothly without Nginx 403 Forbidden errors.
3. How does the Self-Healing Backup Chain work? Do I need to monitor it?
There is no need for manual monitoring. Every night when the backup cron runs, the script queries your cloud destination. If the full backup segment is missing, the script automatically converts the current run into a new FULL backup, healing the restore chain.
4. Will my website's PHP version and resource limits be preserved after restoration?
Yes, the backup manifest preserves the PHP version (e.g., 8.1, 8.2, 8.3) and cgroups resource limits (CPU, RAM, IO, Entry Processes) of each account (see Native Resource Management). During restoration, the engine recreates the domains and registers these exact system limits dynamically.
